…and on to Milan-San Remo.

Posted on March 18, 2010

With Contador’s dominance of Paris-Nice complete, Saturday’s Milan-San Remo is a race that frankly, I am excited about. Disappointed we wont see a super-motivated Haussler, should still be a good watch.

Anyway, training going reasonably well, not feeling the fittest, but certainly improving quickly.

Am in Gatineau riding in the hills.

Planning a teaching block.

Eating well.

nuff 4 now,

Paris-Nice anyone?

Posted on March 8, 2010

Ok, so the cycling season has begun.  The weather is getting nice, and I am currently in my third last class of teacher’s college.  I have my road bike with me today, and will be taking advanctage of the weather.  Nice!

Also, I think my first race is April 2.  How cool is that?  Anyway, I am in celebratory mode.

So, I’m 30 now.  and happy.

Last night I went horseback riding!  haha, how about that??

Special thianks to all that came over to hang out on Friday, what a great time.  Way to run ST boys!!!   Big ups!

Also, Canada wins Olympic Gold in both men’s and women’s ice hockey!!!

My program at school is finishing up, and the workload is at an all-time high.  Through all this, I can say with conviction that I am happy.  So very happy.

Back in School

So, I’m back in classes.

It’s freezing in here.  I think spoke a bunch of German last night.  It had been a while.  I was surprised how much I missed it.  :)  Go Rob! haha!

I am starting a “Mentor Connector” program.  …and I’m a “2″.

Abrupt ending.

Moving on and forward…

For the past few months, I have been teaching in a grade 7 class in Brampton.  What an experience!

My last day with the class was last Friday, and I am now back in my own classes here at BrockU.

The block on the whole was an incredible learning experience.

My next block is with grade 5’s again in Brampton.  I’m so excited!

I’ll keep this brief.  Yes, I have a blog Andrea.  …welcome.

good times…

Saw The Cat Empire, and Hey Ocean!.  Hey Ocean blew me away.  I’ve never seen the flute look so cool.  Plus, Shad K made a surprise spot on stage.  Good show.

Then saw La Strada (awesome sound: bass, lead guitar, drums, accordian, violin, and cello.  Quite the sound), Julie Fader, and Hey Rosetta!… Great shows.

Anyway, in the meantime, I’m still teaching grade 7.  …and I love it.

I got tickets to see Matt Mays at the Horseshoe Tavern on November 20th.

I’m so excited!  :)

He’s awesome.  That first album with El Torpedo rocks.  I really dig Terminal Romance too.

Anyway. I’m still in school.  :)
